ManyChat shines at high-volume, scripted DM flows — Instagram comment-to-DM, Messenger lead magnets, broadcast campaigns. The flow-builder is mature, the templates are good, the audience-management tools are robust.
AnyAIAgent is shaped differently. Instead of a flow tree, you write a system prompt (SOUL.md) that defines the agent's personality and rules; the agent handles arbitrary conversation paths inside those rules. Better for nuanced support / sales / personal-assistant use cases. Worse for rigid funnel campaigns.

Only if your conversations need real judgment / context / memory. If you're running scripted flows that work, ManyChat is mature. If you keep needing 'just one more LLM step' and the flow tree is getting unwieldy, AnyAIAgent's agent shape is probably the cleaner answer.
